Refund Policy
We are committed to providing excellent service to grow your business. And since, sometimes things do not go as expected, we therefore offer a Refund Policy to create definite and transparent standards for our valued customers.
Since our services are digital and result-driven, a refund is only provided under the following conditions:
- Service Non-delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the time specified for such delivery, except for circumstances beyond our control (including, but not limited to, customer delays or other factors outside our control), you may be entitled to a refund.
- Incorrect Lead data: We will work to rectify if the leads supplied do not conform to the agreed criteria, such as wrong company etc. We will issue partial or full refunds, depending on the situation, if we are unable to correct to your satisfaction.
- Service Cancellations: If you cancel your service and cancellation occurs before service is rendered, the entire amount will be refunded. When servicing has begun, there will be no refunds except under special terms of the refund policy.
How to Request a Refund
To apply for a refund, kindly contact our customer service at info@saleleads.org within 7 working days of the date of receiving the service. You will need to provide the following information in your request:
- Your name and order details.
- A description of the issue or reason for the refund request.
- Any documentation to support your claim.
Once your refund is received and processed, we will inform you of the result. In case it gets approved, refunds are issued back within 5 to 7 days to the original payment method.
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Refunds will not be issued if the business does not meet new requirements, no follow-up occurs on leads, or leads are not implemented effectively.
- Any breach of our Terms of Service will automatically make a customer ineligible for a refund.
